Important notice for St.George Customers
St.George has identified a statement production issue affecting a number of St.George Bank customers. Statements sent with an end date of 26 February 2010 may display incorrect account information. We would like to reassure our customers that the issue pertains only to their paper statement. Customers can still access their correct account details via ATMs, phone, online or at St.George Bank branches. St.George is currently in the process of sending all impacted customers their correct statement with an explanatory letter. Customers can contact St.George on 13 33 30 for further information.
Please remember that St.George continues to provide a fraud guarantee. Our policy is that if any customer suffers a loss as a result of a fraudulent transaction on their St.George account, we will credit their account with the amount of the loss provided they did not contribute to the loss and they notify us promptly of the fraud.
